- Ex- Sr. Manager from Bhilai Steel Plant, Bhilai Madhya Pradesh settled back in Bangalore in 2001, and a freelance Cartoonist. He is a diploma in Cartooning from Raye Burns School of Cartooning,Cleveland, USA in 1965. His cartoons are published in Kannada , Hindi and English news dailies and other several publications. Cartoons were selected at internatonal cartoon festivals / exhibitions/ printing in Inter National Cartoon Albums 31 times Has conducted one man show of cartoons 40 times in the country; These achievements have been entered in Limca Book of Records 2010,2011, 2012 and India Book of Records 2010,2011,2012 as a national Record. His Creation of smallest size Flip Book Animation and Tiny Desk Calender 2012 were adjudged as National Record by India Book of Records Limca Book of Records and World Record india - Three time limca and India Book of Records holder Mr Rao also served as the President, Karnataka Cartoonists Association; has played cricket for Bhilai Steel Plant and MP Divisional matches. Also played Shuttle Badminton in MP divisional Matches.Was a M P State Panel Cricket Umpire. Has created several blogs. 9880124551
